Mission

First Wave's mission is twofold. Our primary purpose is to provide opportunities for a diverse group of professional soccer players to maximize their potential as players and as individuals. We care as much about the quality of the people we represent as we do their soccer abilties. In short, we are invested in our players, their lives off the field, and are always there to assist them. The majority of our clients come from referrals which we believe is a testament to how we service and support our clients.
 

Additionally, we aim to provide the highest quality soccer event marketing in order to grow the game within our borders. As the demographics of the US continues to evolve, we aim to meet the demand for top level international matches for teams from Mexico, Europe and South America.
 

The company adheres to several key principles. Professionalism is expected of clients at all times, regardless of age or experience. Honesty is expected in all dealings with clients, teams and partners. The overriding concern is always the player's long term interest.
 

We are not, and never will be, the largest soccer agency measured by number of offices or agents. Our goal is to be the agency of choice for clients who seek top notch representation, a long term personal relationship, and unmatched experience.
